FAQ, HELP & RETURN POLICY
WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT MY ORDER?
Wall artwork is made to order so please allow 3-5 business days for processing & shipping. You'll receive an e-mail with your tracking information as soon as your order ships.
WHY DOES MY TRACKING NUMBER SAY "SHIPPING LABEL CREATED" OR "PRE-SHIPMENT"?
Don't stress! We can assure you that your package is in transit. It can sometimes take 48-72 hours for the tracking history details to update online (USPS is very slow at scanning packages). Just keep checking!
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All sales are FINAL, no exceptions. Since the artwork is made to order, we do not offer ANY cancellations, returns, exchanges or refunds once an order is placed.
Please DO NOT ship anything to the PO Box listed on your package label. It is not a return shipping address and your package will automatically be sent back to you.
WHAT IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT?
This rarely happens, but if your order is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. Please send pictures of the damaged products and packaging (if the box is also damaged) to adam@artworkbyadam.shop. We will ship a new package to you at no charge. If your package is lost in transit, we will ship a new product to you immediately.
Please note for wall artwork: If ONLY the frame is damaged during shipping, we will send you a partial refund to replace your frame. We do not send out replacement frames or plexiglass.
DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES?
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at the moment.
